HFOV taught by a medical doctor haha. He did well for a doc but I would consult a respiratory therapist, there are many inaccuracies in this video. You definitely shouldn’t use flow to control your MAP that’s not how this device works. No patients needs to start at 20 lpm that’s just what the side of the machine says for the pre-use check.
