Hi Jeff. Typically double cream has a fat content of about 50%. But, as I say in the written recipe, heavy cream, whipping cream of any cream with a fat content of about 35% will work fine.
My favourite"" lemon posset'' and raspberries come a close second to lemons..... Yey!!!! Geoff we have warm DRY weather at last....
