മണ്ണെണ്ണ spray ചെയ്യുന്നതും നല്ലതാണ് .. പുകയില വെച്ചും ,മണ്ണെണ്ണ ഡീസൽ ഇവ spray ചെയ്തും ആണ് ഞാൻ Car ലെ എലി ശല്യത്തിന് പരിഹാരം കാണുന്നത് ,പിന്നെ ശീമക്കൊന്നയില ഇടുന്നതും കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട് :
Naphtalin balls can be hung in plastic nets at 3 to 4 places in the engine room. Remove that when you use the car. This is to be replaced with new naphtalin balls when the first one loose the smell. Naphtalin balls= paatta gulika.
Good one I have tested pukaella but not much use..but 3m rat repellent for 40 45 days ok..but expensive..naphaline balls ok cheap one but have to replace frequently. But when we use ac never turn the switch out side air flow in open position

New generation cars are having the advantage of showing a glowing symbol if there is a damage in the wiring due to rat bite.

The simplest solution is to keep the hood open during night time. An open bonnet makes the rats insecure as there is nothing to protect them from predators. I have successfully used this method for years to save my engine bay. However rats are ingenious animals. They invent many ways for their survival. When i protected my engine bay, they started sneaking into the car cabin!! Humans perhaps can never win a rat war😭

Putting camphor inside bonnet and glove box also prevent rats from entering inside cars because rats don't like this smell.

എന്റെ കാറിൽ എൻജിന്റെ ഭാഗത്ത് കാടൻ പൂച്ചയിൽ നിന്ന് രക്ഷപെടാൻ പൂച്ചാക്കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങളാണ് കയറി ഇരിക്കുന്നത്. വണ്ടി സ്റ്റാർട്ട്‌ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ഇറങ്ങി പോകും. കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങളായത് കൊണ്ട് പുറത്ത് കൊണ്ടുപോയി കളയാനും പറ്റുന്നില്ല
