About me- Hi, this is Shikha- Post Graduate Clinical Nutritionist. I completed my 3 years of intensive food science and nutrition degree followed by 2years of post-graduation in clinical dietetics from SNDT college. I'm also a certified fitness trainer and a also did sports nutrition to understand deep level of nutrition. Till now I have 10years of experience in this field and have worked with top surgeons, hospital, health centres in Mumbai. When I found that nutrition knowledge is not up to the mark in our country, I decided to start of my personal consultation practice where I could spread more awareness in the right way. This is when I started Freelancing. This channel is a medium to share all the misconception about fitness, interesting recipes, lifestyle and wellbeing too.
