I am surprised in how this track was easy for a beginer like me to improvise and have some fun with, even with me being a weak blues guitar player. Thank you for this :)
Man, your backing tracks are reeeeaaally good! Thank's for update! I just want to use this one for a jam with my friends, i know they're gonna love it too!
This track is addictive. I had to record a version with my Tenor. I hope I haven't damaged la lot. Here's the link: ua-cam.com/video/D6h8PmqiYn8/v-deo.html. Funny to play, and I made sure to preserve your credits and point back to here, the original
Over the em7, I would play e Dorian or e minor pentatonic. If you want an outside sound, than I would recommend settling for the the e melodic minor scale. A Dorian/minor pentatonic fits nicely over the am7 and bm7. I find in this progression that f Lydian sounds better over the fmaj9 than Ionian. Over dmaj9 I would play d ionian, and over the b7alt I would play the b superlocrian scale. Don't be afraid to experiment though.
As good as it gets
Really really great backing track! Thank you very much!
