【ACNH】紫陽花が咲くお庭をもつレベッカの別荘🏡雨音ASMR☔️

今回は6月の梅雨の時期をイメージして、
紫陽花に囲まれたお庭をもつレベッカの別荘を作りました☔️
雨の中お庭を見て過ごすレベッカと
雨音にとても癒されます💭🌷
雨音(自然音)には高周波が含まれています。
人間は雨音を含む自然音を聴くことでリラックス状態になります🌱
そこから脳内で幸せホルモンと言われている神経伝達物質が生成される事で、結果的にストレス発散に繋がって物事に集中しやすい状態になると科学的に証明されています🐿️
