The problem I see with the progression update is that they made a lot of promises, listen, check the TWW wiki and go to unreleased stuff, you'll see the good amount of things they haven't added and once promised to add. I don't think they'll add more than 70% of the things they said they would, sad, but the most likely outcome.
The problem with progression is that once people complete all the quests we're back to square 1 with not having anything to do. What would be a smart thing to do by the developers is releasing progression now and then working on building right after. Usually anything involving housing/building in games keep people coming back to experiment and create new things. But most likely with starboard studio's track record they won't do that unfortunately.
@@24_gamers222do you remember the guy who you talked to a long time ago, I think mid to late 2023 who asked for a shout out? That was me. Idk why but my channel got deleted, and this is me now. My name was LordGiovanna I think. I like this new name a lot more tbh.
I dont think it wil die honestly bc of the new guns coming and because everyone has waited so long so i think they would actually be exited for it since they have waited so long
@@24_gamers222Nevermind, I finished the video already! Edit: I got warned for me being an illegal water person, so UA-cam removed the animation, sorry! 😭 Lego edit cow number 2: I reupload it.
Yea, I just don't find that happening. 4 years of hype all leading to this one moment? I believe that tww will be ~10k players for at least a month before it starts to slowly die down.
I'll never leave the wild west behind is it too far gone though? probably the playerbase is going to falter nonetheless due to as you mentioned the toxicity and the new players inability to understand a relatively simple game the issue is if new players join during progression there could be 3 mega sweats or godly players among newer players who use Lemat at long range all I can say for wild west is the future looks bleak but it's not over never forget what some dedicated people can do Thy Hood has barely 30-80 concurrent players on average but it's still fun and even if thats the wild west in a couple months it will still be fun there is always things like RP exploring like you never have before being your own character in the wild west you don't need to be Arthur Morgan or Buster Scruggs in the wild west you can just be who you want to be that is why the game is immortal.
Main problem
1. slow aa update
2. unnecessarily expensive auction guns
3. no guide , difficult to play for new players
true cowboys never quiet

Tbh, if they don’t limit the level cap it’ll probably be a temporary fix

I'm the fifth liker and commenter yay!!
We are cooked 😭
It most likely won’t die
The game has survived for 4 years with minimal updates
It’ll just attract new players and the game isn’t that hard to play
Tbh the quests need to be paced reasonably to keep new players playing.
