@@AnthonyJohnson-hl1ru - Kyrie grew up a fan of the prior New Jersey Nets. That is the ONLY reason he wanted to play for the Nets. And KD followed him there. I'd rather attach myself to someone unreliable like Kyrie instead of winning while not being the most loved player on the team. I was so happy how Brooklyn was coming together, so proud of Jaque Vaughn. You could feel his pride in them and the team's confidence and energy, I'm sad for KD, Jaques, and the other teammates.😔
durCANT
Front office Ego & listening way to much to the media, broke this team up. They should’ve just paid Kyrie
Excatly bingo 🎯
For what? You see how he acted without a contract and now all of a sudden he will be on his best behavior with 200mil guaranteed then he was a menace on a prove it deal. ok..........

Another example of the media playing soft with KD. Call it what it is ! He wants to be considered with LBJ ? Stop it
Nets have a very good team, the Nets have a great group of guys, this is Facts, they did well in the trade with the sun's, they are young guns now the future is soo Bright 🌞 👍. Peace and always Love for Kyrei and Lamar, Peace ✌️ ❤️
Brooklyn Nets got a better future now with young talents. With cash on hand it's better than what they had .
They’ll be linked to any superstar who wants out in the summer they have the pieces and the picks
Yea just like Detroit and magic have had over the years... not many teams have the opportunity to have multiple superstars and they blew it...for what dinwiidie(30 years old) bridges(26) both aint getting much better than what they are now. They already had the young talents like cam and claxton on the team.
Sure.....they are better w/o KD and Kyrie. Delusional take or Blind faith.
KD gets a pass...If this would've happened to LeBron, the media would've DESTROYED him
Kids glove with KD
call it what it is, nets were an failure. stacked ass team and they couldn’t keep it together. if this was lebron situation y’all be all over him.
Media don't act like that if Lebron said that
Fox Sports Radio needs to give y’all the rights to the show and have your own YT page.
Next up...... Delusional Mavs fans that think Kyrie is going to make them better and not turn on them 😂
Only KD can literally get fed up and quit on a team halfway through the season and still be called the best player 🤣😴 LeBron never!!! 🤣💯💪🦁👑
He never planned to leave you goof , Kyrie forced his hand , wat if ad left an forced a trade ?
So just leave out the part where the nets owner tried to make Kyrie get on all fours and beg like a dog??
NJ Nets tickets were always available and much cheaper than NY! I was always planning on going when they were at that Izod, but I never did. I guess that's another reason they are not there anymore! lol
This isn’t on Kyrie. This is on the Nets owner
Kyrie did the right thing
If my employer did that to me for just a tweet, I will be "ok I will win some games and show my skill to the world then I will leave my employer, sweet justice ....
So if you tweeted out a link to a film that said slavery didn't exist and black leaders were devil worshippers you wouldn't expect any repercussions?
For just a tweet.. that's cute. Kyrie didn't leave by the way he was sent packing. Just another burnt bridge for Uncle Drew. Brooklyn paid KD max money to rehab a full season so that Kyrie could get his wish to chase a ring near Jersey where he grew up a Nets fan. Ain't nobody else ever investing in Kyrie that way. Nope
Kyrie will destroy the Mavericks organization.
Question, how is this some how about the Knicks? It's like talking about Superbowl teams and people start talking about the Cowboys.
Brooklyn was never beating Boston or Milwaukee simple they was never close to a finals in 4 years
Stop the 🧢😂
2021 was their only real shot. They wasn’t gettin no chip after that. Maybe a bag of chips while in Cancun but that’s it.
Lol what they were beating them
KD literally almost beat bucks and took them to game 7 by himself and was a couple inches from beating them you're a hater 😂
@@tru3dialect You don't rings for almost winning there aren't any participation awards in playoffs
I love how they’ll defend the Nets as a franchise when it’s was the FRONT OFFICES FAULT THE WHOLE TIME. IF THEY KNEW HOW TO BUILD A TEAM THEY NEVED WOULD HAVE TRADED FOR JAMES HARDEN
Kyrie is already taking games off in dallas. Give it time and something is going to pop off
I bet Uncle Drew will be just fine come Sunday
If you go by KD’s logic Kobe should have left the same year Shaq went to another team 😂😂 goofy dudes man what Barkly say he will never be a bus driver just another passenger on a championship team
Kyrie was the only problem with Brooklyn, and if you don't believe me, ask James Harden.
Do u believe harden will ever get a ring, ?
Cause I don't... so who cares what he does
Keep riding that bus boi!
Morale of the story..this is what you get for following somebody else..
The only reason anyone were even concerned about Brooklyn was because Kyrie wanted to go there and Durant went with him. If Kyrie doesn't have some sort of childhood romance for the former New Jersey Nets, Brooklyn is about as popular as the Bulls or Pacers.
Be more specific, please 🙏 not understanding your point
@@AnthonyJohnson-hl1ru - Kyrie grew up a fan of the prior New Jersey Nets. That is the ONLY reason he wanted to play for the Nets. And KD followed him there.
So it really seems ironic that Kyrie is viewed as the villian of what happened there when the Nets were not anywhere near any NBA title before he took KD there and Harden does not go there if KD is not already there.
And if that does not happen, who the hell knows much less cares about ANYTHING concerning the Nets other than a few folks in Brooklyn? And even that is only a few fans because most of the folks in Brooklyn grew up and probably even still are KNICKS fans.
Kyrie more than anyone else is WHY we have talked about the Nets the last 3 seasons.
Yes, it didn't work out. And to some degree Kyrie played a role in that. But it's pretty dayam sh*tty how almost ALL of it is being blamed on the dude who went there because he is a childhood FAN of the Nets.
@@blackurustrikes2328 agree 👍 👌
Nooooo they wanted Durant but he said it’s me and kyrie or nothing
@@stringer2295 - It doesn't matter what the Nets wantes if KD would only go there with Kyrie. Maybe they never wanted Kyrie. But if Kyrie doesn't go there, KD doesn't go there.
We went through a freaking pandemic man. Y’all don’t sound like y’all are pro choice ? As far as vaccines . It’s not his fault that the mayor put that mandate in
They forget about that. Kyrie is not to blame. Adam Silver came up with the dumb rule
Joe Tsai sent Kyrie to Dallas to spite him, instead of taking picks and a better package… the management couldn’t pick a lane letting Kyrie play away games, management traded for Ben Simmons a completely broken player, KD asked to be traded and have the whole front office fired…
It’s all Kyries fault for not getting vaccinated though.
They were playing great ball. He got hurt and they went to help just like last year.
I think KD likes Kyrie as a person but I think he’s relieved he doesn’t have to play with him anymore. Kyrie is unpredictable. I think KD actually liked NY. He has a bunch of business there. I think he liked the younger team mates. KD doesn’t act like Brooklyn was a terrible organization like Kyrie is trying to make it seem. I think they got exasperated with Kyrie and the relationship turned contentious.
Good Take…KD used to come to Dyckman and Rucker Park to hoop in the summertime.
Lol if KD wanted to stay in Brooklyn he would. If Kyrie was the problem , why did he ask for a trade as soon as Kyrie got traded ? Lol stop letting the media make you stupid. KD wanted to play in Brooklyn with Kyrie. He did not want to play in Brooklyn without Kyrie. This is proven. He could have stayed if Kyrie was the problem
When Kyrie left Lebron, Lebron put that team on his back and took them to the finals. KD on the other hand..
Kylie is the T.O of the NBA
Aaron Rodgers you mean
Love this answer by KD.. salute to KD.
Kyrie threw a grenade ??? The money wasn’t right they didnt wanna so he wanted out that simple even if hes the reason why he has the right to ask out why does the media act like asking for a trade is a sin owners trade players in the middel of game !!!
The reason Kyrie is out of Brooklyn? Kyrie. The reason Brooklyn is stuck with Simmons? Kyrie. The Mavericks are nuts.

That's good business.
@@beerrrr6869 I have changed my view on this. I agree. I also believe giving him a long term contract with trimmings does not add risk to the team. For example Nets could have traded him down the track with a long term contract for even bigger haul. Why? He comes with longer term when compared to a three month rental. You very correct……there is always a team owner out there for talent despite his off-court history. That full fills buisness objectives while getting a better chance of winning a championship
Chris Broussard says water is wet
If this was LeBron they would be hyping the current Nets squad up saying how good it is and he should’ve been able to win with them but KD gets a pass I mean he didn’t even try. Now the Suns are weak even though they had been favorites the last two seasons and even made the finals lol.
they were calling Harden a quitter.. now it's Kyrie? how about Durant is to blame? Durant is not a team leader. these teams need to stop giving him so much power
Clowns still letting KD off the hook
Thanks for cleaning up the James harden slander he saw this but y’all wanted to call him a quitter
Lol... funny how Harden never said anything remotely like that at all until someone loads up a question for him hmm? He quit on the Rockets and did it again on the Nets. Between the new rule keeping him off the free throw line last year and being asked to carry the Nets while Kyrie sat home he went back into slacker mode. Y'all want to give him a pass? That is your choice. I seen it how it went down lol
So does KD take any responsibility for the Nets downfall?
Actually, When Kyrie and KD started that "we don't need a coach" bullsh*t, that's when it all went downhill before it even started.
You do know Kyrie is who said that right?
@@breakthrough247 Well, I didn't see or hear KD disagree with him. Actually, didn't KD ultimately get Steve Nash fired?
On point with Kyrie train of thought fellas. He believes he will get max money after this season.
Boston bullied Durant, he could barely bring the ball up and Tatum was blocking his shots and everything.
Thats what happens when you try play 1 v 5 ... he's a great iso player , but he needs to play team ball if he wants to win another ring
That’s all coaching . Nets was winning by double digits the first 3 games and lost lol Nash had to go !
dunno why KD still defends Kyrie, even though he acknowledged Kyrie set off the chain of events that led to this
This on more then kyrie
Great CONTENT guys in great convo
In other words. " I Kevin Durant did what I have always done. Once things went south I ran to another already made team to play for because I am incapable of doing it on my own or building something on my own. Honestly, I should have remained in Golden State, but I couldn't get past the fact the fans loved Steph more than me because my ego is huge. I'd rather attach myself to someone unreliable like Kyrie instead of winning while not being the most loved player on the team. But I am conflicted because to be the most loved usually comes with leadership requirements and I am not that. So I chose to go to Phoenix hoping that the Sun's fans will love me. But I leave all that leadership stuff to Chris Paul."
OKC didn't 'go south' it was KD wanting a guaranteed ring. You are right KD can't do it on his own or even as the #1 guy but he not the reason Brooklyn didn't work. He should partnered with LeBron 4 years ago and they could both made history
Nobody is better at blowing up a team than Kyrie Irving.
KD asked for a trade before Kyrie did. Or does that matter or it’s back to demonizing Kyrie again?
Poor Kyrie , he's the victim right,m
And what happen that made KD want out? The Brooklyn train went off the tracks before that trade request. Kyrie derailed another championship roster.. smh
Great... more kyrie slander
They didn’t have a shot. Ben Simmons is literally a role player. They didn’t have a true big or rebounders and their wings didn’t play much defense
They were 6th in defense wat are you talking about?
the real story was they tryed Knicks first but they didnt want to pay kd for sittin a year so they went to brooklyn they approve it
False
Why would anyone in NY care if the Nets made the finals before they came to BK? NYC and NJ are separate states!!! The Nets were always a NJ team, unlike the giants and jets who are NY teams but play in NJ. When Buffalo made 4 SB in a row no one in NYC cared either and Buffalo is IN NY state!!!
Thank you for saying something right my guys , Kyrie still thinks the Earth is flat this kid lives in a dream world but he got $$ so f it
well it's not like kyrie didn't have a track record of burning bridges in organizations and kd still wanted to play with him in Brooklyn that's all on kd 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
The reason Harden left is becuz of The Republic of New York: Not Kyrie
The reason Durant is gone is becuz he asked for a trade; Not Kyrie..
All parties are grown men
KD gets all the pass. BK was in a good position , he ran his ass out as soon as there was no all star in his team went and joined a stacked Suns. As soon as KD is by himself he asks for a trade.
Honesrly this is great for cam mikhail dinwidie and cam johnson...hope the nets will be better someday
KD soft and protected as fuuuuuuuuu
Funny how that injury healed when he got traded remember there was no return timetable set when he was in Brooklyn
I like Chris but yall make excuses for KD all the time. This is ridiculous. Yall bash lebron every chance you get. Especially Rob. Rob is so emotional and never gives lebrons his props. For some reason he doesn't see anything wrong with KD.
Not Kyrie, ownership and management. They forget last summer KD was asking for a trade. Ben Simmons will go down as the worst trade ever. Who wants to win for that type of management? And if you win then the media will pressure you to stay if your Kyrie and they were playing with the contract
KD asked for a trade away from Kyrie. Let's not forget what that request meant. Notice how Kyrie calls KD a 'brother' once he gets to Dallas but KD calls Uncle Drew a 'teammate' until someone directly asks him then he talks about Kyrie's 'basketball talent' Sometimes what is not said tells the biggest story
Let's be honest Kirye is a failure.
Uncle drew is the best thing that he has ever done.
Omg the players, the guys everyone in sports media said were mad at Kyrie (harden and kd) have pretty much both said that it was the organization not Kyrie that caused the issues. It wasn’t about him refusing to get the shot. And y’all act like KD has been available consistently. Dude has not played in an all star game in 4 seasons straight, he’s missed almost as much time as Kyrie. Stop attacking that man. Atp it’s bullying because the guys that matter have already ended the lies that y’all were spreading
Oh it was 'the media' or 'the organization' or maybe Trump since he claimed New York as home once upon a time..lmao
