The japanese WW2 planes shown in the Marianas launch trailer were actually the FW190As just with a japanese skin on.
True. But as they plan on making a WWII era Marianas, presumably they'll give us some planes for it at some point.

Thanks Froogle. I'm not sure what to think of the Fenix A320. It does promise a lot, but yeah, early days, we haven't seen it yet. Also, it is undoubtedly cool to model the position of satellites to allow you to determine whether the precision of the navigation system will be accurate enough at a given time. But I can't help thinking that if for example there is an issue 0.1% of the time in the real world, then model it similarly but randomly in the sim, and save me some frames :)
Lucky me. Snagged and XBox series X at MSRP. Just 11 more days. Some people don't realize how powerful that sucker is. Frankly I didn't. If they ever add VR, that and Game Pass are even going to do the Oculus Quest 2 in. Way better deal when taken in total. Game Pass Ultimate is going to do some serious damage to Mr. Z over time. MS is clearly in it to win it.
DCS Marianas, in every review/preview of this. Everyone mentions WW2. How about we make some missions and campaigns for what we have instead of wishing for what we want? That's one of the problems with DCS. As soon as the next "shiney" comes out, we as a community forget about what we have!
