I have a lot of love for this game's soundtrack, especially this track and Encroaching Shadows. They've really stuck with me all these years... Even though I mostly associate this one with the damn brain tumor operation and trying to get S rank on Easy.

Yes xdd I think the same that operation is chaos
the brain tumors were pretty easy. my personal least favorite was the lock operation. mess it up once, and you gotta restart.
