Thank you Molly for bringing up habits and patterns. I was taught suffering was part of self sacrifice, to give away my power to others in order to be a good, selfless human being. Yikes! Evolving from a place of self value and in healing myself resonates so clearly with me right now. It has been an overwhelming cycle of listening and feeling exhausted trying to listen with compassionate, heart-centered, non-judgmental ways to certain family members and some friends who are rocked by anger/fear with the outside world's influences, or personally living in relationships of combative, conflictive energies, or living in deep sorrows because of loss and isolation, or feeling stuck in dark self pity because of mental illness or depressive loops for where they at in these chaotic times. I am working on my boundaries. I do understand that each of us are on an individual path of mastering our own strong, grounded selves. Yes, the higher path of self forgiveness and all kinds of forgiveness does move me into intuitive trust and release. Such great and comforting perspectives dear Molly. Thank you for helping us rebirth into our internal peace, heart, spirit, love, and light powers in transitional times. Neptune is squaring my neptune this year and is exact March 2, the day of the Pisces new moon. This month I discovered “Intuitive Eating” and Beth Basham and colleagues… when I read “Dieting causes weight gain “, I lit up like the 4th of July. After 50 years of my diet habit, I can be done now.
It’s no coincidence I listened to this today and received confirmation of facing my fears of the unknown. I can see a tall and dark dense shadow on my right side in my inner vision that has a firm grip on me. He refuses to leave and collects more shadows the more I refute him and try to cast him out with force. This masculine Mars ego of mine in Pisces at 27 degrees has been my hidden enemy lurking below the surface, sabotaging my will and power to move forth with action and not just daydream about it. My ego that wants to know all the details and to know it all in order to feel safe and secure, but I retreat back to safety. How can you fail when you don’t have to try? I’m being forced to feel the fear of the unknown. I’ve been deep cleaning my home and purging, starting down my path to strengthen my relationship with spirit, spiritual housekeeping- as within so without. I’m feeling into my body, noticing where I’m allowing tension to build within so it can be released. I took an epsom salt bath last night. I’m actually taking baby steps forward and not forcing anything to happen overnight. I’m intuiting my soul urge that will align me to manifesting my dreams. ♥️ I need to write this down. Didn’t realize it would be a much needed journal entry. Wow!

This month I discovered “Intuitive Eating” and Beth Basham and colleagues… when I read “Dieting causes weight gain “, I lit up like the 4th of July. After 50 years of my diet habit, I can be done now.
This changed my entire existence
I listen to this episode repeatedly as energies are shifting… what stays what goes
It’s no coincidence I listened to this today and received confirmation of facing my fears of the unknown. I can see a tall and dark dense shadow on my right side in my inner vision that has a firm grip on me. He refuses to leave and collects more shadows the more I refute him and try to cast him out with force. This masculine Mars ego of mine in Pisces at 27 degrees has been my hidden enemy lurking below the surface, sabotaging my will and power to move forth with action and not just daydream about it. My ego that wants to know all the details and to know it all in order to feel safe and secure, but I retreat back to safety. How can you fail when you don’t have to try? I’m being forced to feel the fear of the unknown. I’ve been deep cleaning my home and purging, starting down my path to strengthen my relationship with spirit, spiritual housekeeping- as within so without. I’m feeling into my body, noticing where I’m allowing tension to build within so it can be released. I took an epsom salt bath last night. I’m actually taking baby steps forward and not forcing anything to happen overnight. I’m intuiting my soul urge that will align me to manifesting my dreams. ♥️ I need to write this down. Didn’t realize it would be a much needed journal entry. Wow!

Well like so many others I have to say this one especially resonated with what is going on in my own personal life. I've struggled with a divorce. My past wife and I are have been living on seemingly separate timelines for years so it should be easy to understand. But we share a seven year old girl and I just for the reason alone could never imagine putting her in a position where she had to see her Mom & Dad separately going forward in life. But so it is. You see it too. It’s not just the chem trail grids. The cloud placement looks completely false and fabricated to me. As pretty as the sky still is, it looks like a moving picture rather than the sky that I used to know.

I'm releasing Washington State and I'm moving to the Northeast. And as I'm listening to your podcast/video, I feel like I need to move on quickly. The energy here is oppressive for me.
I was born with my Moon conjunct Saturn in Pisces. So, this all makes sense. Yes, my second Saturn Return is coming up and I have been going through a life review. I'm currently clearing away stuff I don't need any longer. I'm going through old greeting cards, photos, and objects I no longer need. Trying to recycle as much as possible.
