The current Chairman of Malaysian Confederation of the Disabled is a blind chap and lawyer, the President of Malaysian Association of the Blind is also blind. I dealt with them in PR and find them very amicable, friendly and full of energy. This video only makes me appreciate what the other members of the disabled community feel and go through!!!

This video is heartwarming. The fact that the hotel door doesn't have braille is disappointing enough, but the manager is living in the dark ages, no pun intended, and most employees would have no choice but to comply with the manager's disrespect to stay employed .

If I’m not mistaken, accessibility to buildings for the blind and disabled is required by law. The Americans With Disabilities Act was passed in 1990 in the United States. That business could be fined and sued.

MR Parker Smith went incognito, wanting to see how the hotel he owned treated guests, starting with hotel receptionist!!! Playing as a blind man, he was getting around his surroundings, he wasn't being treated nicely by the manager. Avery was the empathetic one, her boss Ms Lewis was too shallow and rude, keeping to reputation than kindness!! Hold tight, Supermission Squad, someone is getting the sack and the other will be promoted!!! Be prepared!!!

So glad the manager, Ms Lewis, was fired! I am autistic, and autism is a disability. So, as someone part of tbe disabled community I cringe when others treat persons with disabilities (PWDs) with such disrespect.
If only in real life there were real PWDs who were in such position of power who can meet out justice to such people who are cruel to PWDs

They’ve switched roles! If he’s the CEO/owner of the hotel chain isn’t it HIS responsibility to make sure that HIS hotels have accommodations/accessibility? The manager can only manage what is provided by the owner.

Maybe color coding the floors. They're all fairly simple and not a real stretch for a reputable Hotel for Motel
