An electronic plan room (EPR) is a virtual environment where the standard construction contractual documents (such as drawings, requests for information, site instructions, and proposed change notices) are interconnected to expedite the processes of accessing, revising, and using them.
PCL EPRs enable projects to make contract documents and other relevant information easily accessible to project stakeholders through multiple platforms (desktops, kiosks, mobile devices).
