I'd been trudging through an unforgiving jungle for who knows how long, time itself is no longer a concept out here, and I can't even remember why I came here. I thought I'd finally found the half-baked scheme of mine that would do me in like everyone said I would. And yet now here I am. My memories of that brutal jungle are fading fast, and I have no desire to reach for them. I only want to be in this paradise, and I think I now know what I was sent here to do by forces beyond my comprehension. I was meant to nurture this place so it can grow. With each passing day, it will heal little bits of that corrupted land, until that sickness is a distant memory, and this jungle is restored to the dignity it once was. But for now, I am only meant to rest.
