My second wedding in two days was at Hatfield Place, and someone from the venue joked that they should have given me my own name badge! It was a delight to be back and to capture Lucy and Charles’ wonderful Hatfield Place wedding.
I arrived early to meet both Lucy and Charles and film some of their prep. With everything happening within a few steps of each other, I was able to bounce between the two and capture some lovely moments. One of these was Charles opening his present from Lucy - which happened to be tickets to see Craig David! Charles was delighted with his gift.
Shout out as well to his ushers, who had to watch a video on UA-cam about how to tie a tie correctly! This happens once a week and always makes me laugh!
I do hope Lucy and Charles, along with their family and friends, enjoy this Hatfield Place Wedding video, and I thank them both for their help and hospitality on the day.
Why did you choose Hatfield Place?
Hatfield Place is actually the first venue we looked at. Due to the COVID roll over of weddings, we went to eight one year and started to discuss what we liked. We wanted a manor house venue and Lucy saw that Hatfield Place was a new venue nearby (we weren’t engaged at this point!) so we went to visit and fell in love so always had in our heads that we wanted to get married there in future!
Why did you choose me?
Recommended by our friends Jon and Hannah. We then looked at your work on Instagram. We really liked the style of your filming and the content we saw. We got in touch and thought you were the perfect fit! That was also confirmed when I got to meet you for the first time at Hatfield Place’s open day which was a nice surprise to see you there. Thank you for all your advice when we saw you.
