It wouldn't let me open my Prefetch folder and I even opened it's properties and hit the Security tab but nothing under that was helpful so I had to skip this step. Did all the other steps up to this point.
None of the methods worked... Win11... clean install... no new apps installed... 1st start... it is still slow login... 9 turns of series of bubles... local account... noticed this doesn't happen if you setup Win11 with MS account... strange...
disabling start up apps is such a n00b thing to try it dosen't actually do anything, I would uninstall 3rd party security apps completely they slow down PC's because they run in the background and are a recourse hog.

problem fixed! delete everything from %temp%
To bad this video never demonstrates how the start up/login was before and after the changes were made.
