Angelina held that last note for 10 seconds. I was running out of air just watching her.
I'm sure you've probably seen it but you should go watch her singing I'd Rather Go Blind. She has one 16 second note, towards the end, that she holds, full, belting voice and it's after about a five or six second long note with only a tiny breath in between prior to it.
We are talking Freddie Mercury here, and only Angelina comes close to him vocally when it comes to singing Q songs, as she proves with this superb cover.
Marc Mattel also did come very close in his Queens covers.
I'd love to see her doing a guest apperence with Queen. Or hopping in when their front man is sick.
@@yves2932 Yes Marc is excellent, but Freddie was the Man, so it is fitting a female, who is as great as FM, covers his songs with respect and gives them a new dimension in the process, which she does.

Angelina has always chosen very emotional songs to sing. It is crazy for such a young singer to do such a great job of choosing which songs to perform and for the songs to be so emotional makes Angelina a young legend. Never seen anything remotely close to what Angelina has accomplished in her first 15 years.

She sounds exactly the way she wants to. Now imagine her voice growing stronger for ten more years as vocal coaches claim. It'll might even appear just a humble beginning in hindsight. Its insane and we are witnessing it in real time.
Dimash has done a cover of this and you would think with his voice he would be able to match FM.

Dimash is an alien also he hits notes I don't even think exist so I don't wanna compare these two
@@ThatSingerReactions My problem with Dimash is that he likes using 'his notes' where they are not called for. I couldn't even get all the way through his version. Hence my comment.
@@martinh1962 I agree that Dimash is over the top, all of the time. The way I would compare them is that Dimash is all power and Angelina is finesse. Truthfully you can't compare the two they are doing completely different things with their voices.

I sometimes hesitate when a reactor puts this song up. 9.9x out of 10 she stirs up a melancholy type of emotion in me when she sings it. It is just stunning! How she does it I don't even begin to know other than she was born to be a human angel and touch us (in a good way) with her voice. Now the songs that she is coming out with since she signed with Republic...some being written by her are songs with good messages. One reactor said that he could see AJ as a worldwide goodwill ambassador....thru her music. I believe that he hit it on the head. I agree. She is destined to be much more than a "musical singing superstar"....she is going to bring goodness wherever she goes and she'll use her music to do so much of it. She is truly an Angel.

She is once in a lifetime good. I’ve lived a long time and she is uniquely talented. And on top of the musicality that just flows out of her so naturally, she is the best interpreter of lyrics I’ve ever heard. Still waiting for you to listen to her jaw-dropping cover of Etta James. The voice she pulls up out of her vocal toolbox so casually will blow you away. It’s true respect for Etta, but it’s all Angelina taking us back 60 years and re-creating a musical era while she’s calmly sitting on her sofa with just a musical track and her mic.

Can you imagine what she's going to sound like at like 23? She'll have rock solid control, more strength, her English pronunciation will be more natural, but the big thing is going to be the emotions she'll be able to put into it. She's so young that she hasn't time to experience much of life, and that really emotional singing, that really dynamic singing, doesn't really hit right unless the singer's experienced those emotions deeply.
Technically she's already completely insane, but I can't wait to hear her in a few years.

Just tip of that talent, she never stops shocking on what she can do with that voice of hers. A lot of musicians say they use a reverb on her voice, Its just her and the mic no gimmicks. Check out Autumn Leaves when she was 11 if you want to hear a mature voice. God Bless!
