Last Night of the Proms 2024

To go to the Last Night of the Proms has long been on my bucket list. I was so fortunate when my youngest son, together with my lovely wife, got together without my knowledge and booked the tickets. I say tickets because my youngest son went with me.
The Royal Albert Hall is a spectacular venue and the ONLY place for the Proms.
As you can see from the video, we were up in the Gallery and what a fantastic view. To see the Last Night on TV is an experience, but to actually be there . . . I was blown away and the atmosphere was electric. When everyone sang Land of Hope and Glory, I am amazed that the roof didn't blow off! The hairs on the back of my neck stood up and it was soooo emotional.
If you've never been then, believe me, you really have to go.
