Great vids as usual, you should make longer ones, I reallly like when you explain. Towards the end of the video you mentioned how a fakeout is a very good entry, but also how you wouldn't play a bear flag on the downside if you had a big upmove with volatility before (higher TF, left). I am considering to build a short BTC position starting @7k. I would appreciate if you could watch on the btcusd 4hr , and give me your perspective on the latest move, which bear call a flag while bulls are calling for a bottomed reversal. Hope to hear, cheers
Hello Mark thanks for the great videos. Currently as you know we are in a brutal bear market, particularly crypto.. When trading the bear flag and looking for confirmation entries, when the price starts to break the low of the flag do you wait for the candle to close as it could just turn out to be a wick... then again you also risk the price racing away from you and missing out on the juice.. Thanks

You, and everybody else I've seen speaks of the market so esoterically. "no bulls step in to buy, so the price goes down", etc. I want to know, who makes the price go up?? What really makes that line move
Bear flag. Long Pole or decent leg down. Series of mini jumps up range bound making flags , then down again another decent pole ( is this a bear trap ) and why is the flag in itself a trap ??..... or is this not a trap ??. Just a pause in momentum to get in no buyers get in. Pause. Get a short in. Please advise Mark. Cheers. Am I puzzling myself wrongly linking flags with bear traps. Cheers again

ATR is very important to determine outcome of the break, this is more of a breakdown then bear flag

What timeframes would you use flags for or different patterns for e.g triangles, wedges
Flags work great on any timeframe (flag fan!) Broader patterns like triangles and wedges I prefer a longer timeframe.
