The spectator mode is currently in the early development stages. Although it is currently accessible for tournaments and our community managers (our game masters also use it when hunting for cheaters), there are still a number of problems that need to fixed before we make it available to everyone. As of now we still cannot offer any exact time frame for when it will be finished.
