I spell vacuum wrong too lol. I also did keto but for a year. I'm now doing paleo as I am Lacoste intolerant. I don't miss eating carbs. With paleo you can eat all the fruits and vegetables you want.

While I had a good start, your tip on how to use the monthly calendar for at a glance check-ins is the final piece I needed. I decided to do the monthly view color coded to be able to monitor my life balance. I visit your videos often, always good ideas and tips.
