Hello Nicholas, Many thanks, it works, you are really a good person as you help others, May God bless you. And I forgot to say that your video is great, I like it. Thanks Mate
6:43 one question. I followed the steps as in the video, but when I check the "T" intersecting wall (as shown in 6:43-6:46, right hand part), the interior side sweep seems to follow the foot of the left wall and just "go trough" the right wall. any idea how to make the sweep stops at the corner (when it meet the sweep from the adjacent wall) but continue again after "leaving" the wall (intersection) ?
Hello Mo, Yes you can. You would need to use either a standard Material Tag, or a Keynote Material Tag. Unfortunately an Element Tag, standard or keynote, would simply pick up the whole wall, not specifically the skirting. Let me know if you would like me to put up a short video. Thanks
Thanks!!! What happens if I need to create a schedule of this subcategory? I've seen a simple way is to convert the walls which have "wall sweeps " into parts but I think it is not an efficient way. Can you help me showing an alternative solution?
Well done ! Personally, I’ve been struggled whit that skirting returns issue, Wondering if that method also applies for take offs, although is not a relevant amount, Many thanks
Thanks for the video Nicholas, very clear. One question you might be able to answer: Where did you save the skirting profile- right hand side file as it does not show up as an option on my drop down list when I go into the wall sweeps dialogue box? Load Profile doesn't seem to work either when I manually pick out the file in my Revit Library folder..thanks
Hi, this is good video, however it used to be a option to assign subcategory of sweep, now in revit 2018 I just cannot find this option when add sweep in wall family. Can you help, thank you!

You can schedule wall sweeps. But integral wall sweeps, which are part of the wall type definition, cannot be scheduled independently.
Can we get schedules for that Profile?
Thanks mate, but can we tag them in anyway?
Thank you Sir.
Thanks. Very educative
