If you tackle a NPC in the water like this without a weapon,your character will drown the NPC with a special animation.
It's not drowning, it's a knockout that was used many times in story mode.
Um dosen't he just keep his head under the water cause that's what my character did he puts both hands on the NPCs face and drowns him

They do! I paid attention once and noticed the difference
Yup also you can get a special trinket from gus that will help degradation by 10%. I've noticed that really works

Agents in a moonshine delivery will say special phrases if they notice that you’re character is drunk ( its works if you drink your own moonshine in shack).

Try these! 1. After sedating an alligator you can use your lasso to stop it and immediately make it fall asleep! That way it doesn’t run into the water. 2. Your can horse can walk backwards! When your horse is standing still, double tap and hold the buttons that make him quick stop (R1 + X on PS) holding it down begins him backing up and you can direct him with the analog stick.
The amount of detail they put in this game is insane. Maybe thats why theres no online content. Theyre burnt out 😂
I love story mode and never really wanted to get into Online, but did it because it was free for a week and I wanted the trophies. And your videos really helped me defending myself against higher level players or general griefers by copying your methods and tricks, how to hide, how to fight etc. Now pushing towards Lvl 150 after a bit over three weeks and as a stupid rule to myself I ride along those players doing moonshiner or trader deliveries without a posse to act as deterrent against other players or to help them fight NPCs or players...even if I don't get any money from it haha.
I like doing that too, but some players think of it as a threat and attack...

@@thomaskwiatkowskiesq.328 Those are smart players... But still. If I get shot, I lose nothing. If they get shot and don't know the disconnect trick, they lose hours of grinding and 500 dollars.

HAHA, I did the same thing when the NPC hit me with a Tomahawk. I ended up losing all of my lives from those Tomahawk throwing fuckers
Man thanks for the video it's always interesting stuff to and useful now I can use my 2 long arm vouchers as well subbed a week ago man no regrets at all
I was a big daily challenge grinder before the gold nerf and theres a lot of tips I tell people and they dont believe till they try them, like skinning gators counts as a collectable looted from an npc, so 3 gators and challenge done, also theyve nerfed it slightly but it's still possible to get a drunken interaction by going upto the moonshine shack door holding triangle to enter then before the bar fills press circle instead, it's used to be easy but now is a bit trickier but good for when you want to do all your dailies solo.
Myth: When you have a lantern on your horse is it easier to get detected by hideouts, bounties, etc.

I didn't know eating the herb also counted as picking it, that'll save me some time from hunting it down in the satchel and discarding 5 just to pick 5 more lol
Myth: NPCs that are hogtied and thrown into the water can still break free from the ropes and save themselves from drowning.

The unique knife kill in the water is totally reference to the knife fight in saving private ryan i think, might’ve been a different movie but it was just as big a movie i remember. Its specifically that part at the end of the animation where your character gives the butt of the knife one big last tap to plunge it in.

Pretty sure the slower revolver reload with the lantern is using the story mode reload speed for some reason. Probably just an oversight by rockstar

No idea how it happened but my charater started Whistling, like he was making a melody and whistling like similar to what the Butcher in strawberry does
You explode if you pull out a flammable moonshine jug while on fire
The high velocity bullet pass through may change my perspective in loadout, if it can pass thru horses or other players, that may b something there for pve, so that im not spraying xpress too much, 100 rounds on carcano is weak, like i cant even go 1-2 missions hard or ruthless withiut running out
That knife animation works wether in water or not if you do it without a knife in water he will actually drown the victim
myth: If someone throws a dynamite you can shoot it
Lol, i was lassoed by an npc and they started stabbing me. Found out the coffee thing in my moon shine shack since theres coffee next to the bar.

Myth #3 happened to me earlier, it was toxic moonshine
Myth- you can combine hangman with the short game to do extra damage.
Myth: you can throw Bolases at any town dog and kill them. Same goes for horses
I believe nuts do the same as the coffee with being drunk. Not sure though.

This is more of something rare then myth I would say but I was In tumbleweed or armadillo and I shot my bolt action rifle in the air, all of the sudden a red dot appeared it was a horse. It kept backing up and kicking me till I died, I would love to find out how that happened

When using first person I find that throw able items will not explode in hand
I've been using the bow for a couple of days and i had this happen. Can a bullet deflect and arrow? i shot an arrow and i heard the sound in my headphones that sounded like a bullet hitting the tip of an arrow and both my shot and the Npc shot disappear half way.
This works btw, Same for shooting other projectiles like fire bottle or dynamite, tomohawks too, the speed of the throw is the only challenge

NPCs will say different things to your character depending on their gender. I don't know if they change their phrases too depending on age and race or heritage.
Guard NPC's near braithwait manor have racist dialogue towards online coloured characters, Bandit NPC's near theives landing and new austin share racist dialogue towards white characters and have a predatory set of voicelines for female characters, haven't tried it with coloured female character but i've had a few cat calls and hard r's thrown my way in rdro

I doubt you can do the water animation with players because they can struggle
SLY so the nerfed slippery basterd which was basically the balance perk to calm down the people that use Slow steady but now idk how to counter Slow and steady they are just absolute tanks takes no skill to use it ?
