Ngl, I feel like GOH got hand to hand scenes right, oh and megalobox lol. A lot of fight scenes I see in anime have characters moving in the highly dramatic, yet incredibly fast motions that make it super hard to actually tell what they're doing. They stop looking like they're moving at highspeeds, and start looking kinda goofy imo. But some of these fights are GREAT.
Only thing missing is Samurai Champloo with Mugen fighting without his katana and Bleach has an amazing scene with Kisuke Urahara fighting without his sword. Still a 🔥 video tho
Sakuga is a sequence of noticeably higher quality animation, used to highlight a particularly important scene. So most times they use more frames than usual and theres more movement in the animation :)
