Try this: Step 1: After installing v9.0, install latest update of 9.0 version. Step 2: once your v9.0 is updated on latest 9.0 version, then upgrade ur 9.0 to 9.1 by installing latest update of 9.1
@@hltf_tech Hello Sir, I did the same but No lucks, Uninstalled everything, Installed 9.0 and installed latest CU(CRM9.0-Server-KB5032298-ENU-amd64.exe), I could not see file datatype in custom field section, Now I upgraded to 9.1(9.1.1.914),now able to see file datatype in custom field but still getting the file control as locked(I'm checking on New lead form in sales module), any suggestions, please help me out?

Note: I have not configured reporting service extensions as I could not see SSRS instance in the drop downlist, Hope this will not be a reason.

Try this:
