Aaron pls check out the incident regarding a b737-800 ng which belonged to air India express and was heading to Sharjah from Trichy airport( from the Indian city of Trichy). After takeoff the 737’s hydraulic systems failed and the landing gears couldn’t retract so the pilots spent about 3 hours circling Trichy airport to burn fuel and then made a safe landing at Trichy. It was the most tracked flight at the time in fr24 and we watched the landing live on tv. The flight: air India express flight ix613. ( I’m from India) btw, RIP pilot, fly high

I definitely know which one you mean though, just can’t remember it all off the top of my head. She did a couple practice runway flyovers I think and I think she actually did a pretty good job landing too. Both stories are very sad!
