Dear sir.. every nutritionist says to eat raw vegetables or cooked vegetables but now a days vegetables and fruits are contaminated with 98% poisonous pesticides and chemicals. It causes cancer or other major issues in human body according to agriculture scientists. Please do video on this topic.. how to overcome from this even when we use vegetables and fruits.
Sook fresh vegetables and fruits in plain water for 1 hours then i have to use raw vegetable
@@anuswayamkalike yeah that's also a good option. But You tube channel FIT TUBER says that it will be effective if we soak the raw vegetables or fruits in baking soda water for 20 to 30 min to remove pesticides. Use 1 spoon baking soda for 2 glass of water.

Ur interview with dr bhujang shetty and nandini murthy is very good helpful . But we r 3 times rice eaters. Without rice what we can eat and fill our tummy! It is not clear to me we can't follow bhujang shetty deit of coconut powder and badham powder very costly and not available here. Pl suggest a middle class deit for only rice eaters u say rice wheat ragi r same what else we can eat and reduce sugar. Nowadays sugar is coming to low class people.like my servant woman my electrician. They r only rice eaters and can't afford rich diets give some solution. I am also diabetic since 30 yrs fed up with the deit and medicine!!!!
