I would suggest you not to shoot in cinematic mode it substantially decreases the video quality and the Blur is also not that great. Shoot it at 4k 30fps or 2k 30fps that would be enough!

Like I have selected for that program and I am studying in Japan for only one year. Those students who have selected for Asia kakehashi program their chances of getting selected in MEXT will be good so I suggest you to research about Asia Kakehashi program
