MARPAK Packing Line for ceramic slab crates up to the format 1200x2800 with robotic station

Packing Line for ceramic slab crates up to the format 1200x2800 (slab size).
The robotic station is responsible for inserting a bag with a dosed two-component product in the spaces between the slab and the inner side of the crate, in order to prevent the slabs from moving during transportation.
The same robot places a cardboard top over the slabs when necessary, using the same gripping tool, thus speeding up the operations.
The line then secures the crate using the R08 sliding vertical strapping machine, applies the hood with the IT30 Grandi Lastre, and shrink-wraps it with the FT54 oven to achieve complete product protection
