Hello and good evening, Thank You so much for this really helpfull Video. I am Just a beginner of growing treeferns although i have got still plenty in my Garden. Growing treeferns is a different thing for me. Meanwhile i read a lot of propagation and began sowing freshly harvested spores from treeferns in Southafrica. After 4 months of waiting nearly, the first spores are starting to grow.! Lucky me! As it is my first experience with growing from spores, i Must read further information what to do, not to damage the entire complicated process.
This is the best and most sterile technique I have seen online...got some small glass petri dishes left over from my research that I have at home. Will differently use this method. Can I use a microwave Or just use the oven instead?
Mine are about 4 months old now and still no show but I've had them in very subdued light so if i put them in direct light do you think they will still be alright? Also do they need heat?
