Rebel Inc: Official Scenarios - Shadow War (Mega Brutal)

- The Shadow War scenario takes the Golden Sands map and basically makes all enemies invisible and the insurgency activates sleeper cells every time you stabilize a zone. This is nearly impossible to contain, so you need to change up your build order to include a minimum of two levels of policing to deal with those sleeper cells, which allows you to then focus your efforts on the insurgent camps. If you follow this build order, the scenario becomes... strangely easy, because the insurgents don't seem to place as many camps or coordinate as well.

When you see a situation where a there is still a lot of demand for an item (water) but you have quite bit of research of it, it means there is a bottleneck in the building the project. Upgrade your outreaches to be able to build more and faster at the same time
I've never had more than 3 ticks of demand, I think 2 ticks is always enougj
no. outreaches are bad.
@@acake6654 bro outreaches increases the amount of hammers it would roll out I bet you never funded it (if you buy it all the amount of hammers increase by a lot)
@@Enby_Liam the only outreaches i ever get are remote ones simply for when ive already dealt with the insurgency and am currently waiting for the mountains the insurgents hide themselves all game to stabilize so i can move my soldiers forward without a camp spawning because the game feels like throwing me off

When you see that much demand for an already purchased support item you should probably check to see if they're being rolled out or not before purchasing more.
One small tip here is that the Billionaire governor can easily wipe out sleeper cells but you do have to be wary about your corruption. Since insurgents spawn a lot your corruption just goes through the roof

we should have something where it’s very expensive 50-100 $ but it will kill all insurgents that retreat
To be honest the tactician should just have a flat "kill one insurgent after winning combat" instead of the 2.2% higher chance of killing an insurgent aftet winning combat.

I'm guessing they take longer to set up just to get them on par with Coalition soldiers?
In RTS terms, it's like building a Marauder Tank and having it go around upgrading with scrap metal to become a double-barrelled heavy tank... or you just build an Overlord Tank and put some Gattling Cannons on it.
...probably a bad example as the scrap upgrades are free but it does require the tank gets some kills in order to get that scrap.
