this footage doesn't do these games any justice at all, it makes them look choppy as hell, i played a lot of them and except for Metal Slug and Blazing Star these games butter smooth.

Agreed. Very poorly captured. Frame rate, aspect ratio and color are all distorted or incorrect.

How you emulate NEO GEO CD in Hyperspin ? is it the same than Retro Pi 3 ?
Your choices for emulation are RetroArch, Neoraine or MAME. It is setup similar to most other hyperspin systems. I have set it up on PC before. Though its been years. I havent set it up on retro Pi 3 to compare to setup on the PC. Welcome to leave any other questions you may have in particular to setup. I will reply if I get a chance but am really busy IRL atm. this system runs like crap compared to the PC Engine CD... is this the way the games ran on real hardware??... there must be an emulation problem
It's just bad emulation. The actual games are very smooth.
I have a Neo Geo CDZ, games run much better on original hardware
