The Echoing Bolt for Sharbora is such a good blessing for crowd control. The bouncing is absolutely fantastic to just watch happen! Try to get it sometime!
I am absolutely in love with the second weapon, the fist thingys. A down attack followed by up attack is just the most satisfying combo. Looks like he/she/whatever is dancing YMCA lol
Just started playing this earlier, my word comboing enemies is stupidly fun. I'm terrible at dodging attacks, I've only made it to the first boss once, but I definitely wanna keep playing and trying. This is one of those games that's super satisfying to get good at

Did you know that you can snatch both rewards from the hands of that statue at the end of some rooms ? If you dash and grab the second reward just after you grab the first you will get the thing before the statue closes its hand to crush it. Then the statue will start oozing black liquid and you will get an achievement. I didnt notice any change in the runs where i did it so far though...
I know just enough about smash to understand the “meta knight special”, gotta wrap up a few games (like beating mirror ten in skul, I’m there I haven’t beaten it yet) and then decide do I want this, astral ascent, or have a nice death, either way this game is super fun to watch, as is everything you play, I will in fact have a gooood one :)
I've noticed in your runs that you focus on getting most of only one of the gods or spirits upgrades, but I think there are some real synergies between getting multiple debuffs on targets from having different gods upgrades. Not really sure but I'd love to see a video with you doing that!
Oh for sure, especially with the unlockable trait that gives you a dmg buff for having different blessings. I'll start mixing things in like that more now once people have seen what each blessing is about.
i really like you have diagonal dash too. the only thing i was dissapointed is that the spin to win didn't use the hammer, maybe they will add it with enough feedback. can't wait to see what else they are gonna add as weapons(if they add G U N S oh my god, game of the decade)
Just when you stated that the first boss is your hardest boss in here i wanted to tell you what i found out yesterday: Once he lost his armor, if you keep him in the air, he will just recover back to the ground. If you get the timing right and kick him right up in the air again once he teleports to the ground, he will not recover armor. Rinse&repeat, the fight becomes totally easy once you get that timing right. Seems like this guy doesn't recover his armor while in the air
I bought the game a couple days ago, I have to say the hammer is my favorite weapon so far. I figured I'd point out 2 things. The first boss has no teleport or anything, so if you juggle and stun her within quick succession she can never recover, and other than the 1 cost perfect launcher upgrade, the weapon upgrades have no use right now. Enchantments aren't in the game yet

Took the lil guy for a spin myself today and finished it first try, seems like an easier roguelike, ofc I did a bow/electric run so it was easy, under 40 minutes as well. Edit: do a bow/bunny run, you'll see what I mean.
@@aydust4744 first try myself, yea, my brother played it, already has some stuff unlocked. I don't have much time to play myself...usually I suck at roguelikes tried Hades with al his unlocked stuff and died first boss, same with skull haha.
also the one things that would have made this run 100× better is if you got the 2 perks from your first 2 runs, the one that instantly charges launcher, and the one that makes it a perfect launch regardless of how long you hold it

Hey beelz just saying: if you come to the end of a run and you just then noticed that you dont have relics, not having any might not be as detremental as you make it. While they are strong boons i thinks its more powerfull ad add blessings and upgrade them as well as getting mor hp and dust for heals. in my eyes its like the quints in skul: good to have but not at all necessary for a strong run - the items have far higher value. in this game relics are quints and blessings are items and i'd take a good item over an quint any day.

I found out you can wavedash in this game. It doesn't actually do anything and it's more precise than in Melee/Project M, but it's still kinda fun.

I think my favorite spirit for the hammer axe is easily Navolik. It actually makes you feel like a looney toons character.

If you do it too much the statue punishes you by not giving you anything anymore for the rest of the run. So best to do it near the end.

Oos or Osu. It's just a silly kiai shout to emphasize impact. So yeah, like a pow.
Worth noting that fists plus burning attack and combustion is fucking overpowered, since the fists stack up burning soooooo fast.
