Just keep up good mouth hygiene like brushing your teeth after eating and using mouthwash.
If you actually get tonsillitis or get these little stones 6+ times a year you should definitely get them removed. But as you can see in this video her tongue is completely white which just showcases that this character doesn't keep good mouth hygiene! Don't worry about it☺️💚

I just had my tonsils removed two weeks ago due to having constant stones and infection. The recovery has been rough but I know it is so worth it. Tonsil stones sucked so bad and it made me very self-conscious about my breath even though I knew it wasn't my fault.

The problem with these stones is that they keep coming back, at least in my case. When I was a kid, I had tonsillitis with extremely high temperatures very often. I wish I had tonsils removed back then but it wasn’t a popular surgery. Few years ago I started getting the stones. Very annoying to take them out yourself and the smell is awful. Went to the doctor (after I moved to the States), he recommended taking tonsils out right away. Best decision ever made. Recovery wasn’t fun but totally worth it. I truly suggest just having a surgery if you get the stones.

My bad breath was from my stomach which I battled all my life after all expensive drugs I bought. But meeting dr udehi7 on UA-cam and using his herbs cured me totally and till now l'm completely free.

make sure if you ever get your tonsils removed to CONSTANTLY drink WATER!!! i cannot stress this enough. it helps with the recovery process tremendously

На самом деле если такие "камни" есть, то крааайне вероятно что речь идет о хронической проблеме, так как эти типа камешки образуются при застоявщимся гное в гландах.
Чистить таки образом, как показано на видео, можно и дома, и это может принести результат, если дополнительно полоскать горло раствором лечебным (врач должен прописать), и может даже лекарства принимать еще.
Но в идеале гланды необходимо промывать специальным оборудованием, потому что такое выдавливание плохо чистить то, что находиться в глубине. Таким образом проблему решить намного легче и эффективнее, хотя ополаскивание лишним не будет.
П.с. если самому себе выдавливать, то это лучше делать не чем то железным и твёрдым, а слегка мягким, например округлые окончания зубных щеток обычно хорошо подходят (противоположная сторона от той, которой чистим), главное не забывайте обрабатывать щётку кипятком, чтобы там не было загрязнения и микробов

I had this problem around 14-15. I never had my tonsils taken out. It just went away over time. But when they were a problem I would have them come loose on their own and choke me, i'd spit them out and they were NASTY

Вот да, не совсем безопасно подобное вмешательство. Может я плохо осведомлена о такого рода процедурах, но сказанное Вами мне как раз таки знакомо. Именно этим я пользуюсь+ Для чего видео я не поняла... Тем более их выдавлавали мне не таким образом, было достаточно палочки. Просто похоже на ложную информацию. Действительно, лучше обратиться ко врачу, вдруг это хроническое( Надеюсь, люди с этой проблемой не побегут выдавливать в горло палочками гной (преодолевая рвотный рефлекс и случайно заглатывая) эх

@@imron-amira если не ошибаюсь, то ангина есть острое обострение. Так-то это гной, но с ангиной проблем больше. При хроническом гной постоянно скапливается, а при ангине начинается процесс обострения 🤔
