Hi Adrian, I don't know who that is I'm afraid however the circuit has sailors ranging from low 60s to over 100kg. I'm fairly light myself but the carbon rig is that adaptable that I cope. Hi Luke, thank you for your answer. I saw all your 300 videos! I just bought a byte CII to train with a friend who sails a CII since last year. Even though it is nice to compare to an equivalent boat, I find the CII underpowered. I sail a Merlin, 29erXX and owned a 600 for several years so the CII seems a bit slow. I never saw a 300 in France, I guess some boats were imported but I don't know where they are now. I will probably join the facebook group but I am not registered yet.
Can anyone tell me the weight of the young man seen at 2:55 and 3:38? I am considering switching to an RS300 but my 63kg make me wondering if it would be manageable in a breeze. The A rig is an option but I read it is not as performant as the B rig...
