Porter rockwell was a true leader........peace to anyone
This is the movie version of him and the legend--not real history. I hope you do not learn history from such entertainment.
Porter is my favorite Church hero.

I never understood movies that thought it was good to have music drown out the words being spoken. When the spoken cannot be heard, time to exit.

Absolutely Amazing how vulnerable people could be in the 1840's American West. It would be interesting to experience Illinois at that time which was part of the Northwest Territory of the US. Just 30 years after the end of the War of 1812. As the Native Populations were displaced, Illinois would become a "Free" State of the US in 1818. It appears to me that something was lost after the Mayflower Compact in 1620. Congregational New England - "Yankee" Business Money helped institute Commerce and Settlement along the Ohio River and into the NW Territory. Thus, Freedom goes to those who are in Power & Control. Not a Mormon but am intrigued with religious development in "Christian" America. The Mormons were on the receiving end of "Freedom" and their Ideals of 'Enlighten' thought/belief. These People have an intriguing history. Good Story. Watch & enjoy. Thank you. Judau-Christian Believer from New England.

My distant relative. Porter Rockwell killed more men than Bill Hickock, Wyatt Earp, and Doc Holiday put together. The man was a total badass but he stuck to his faith

It's a movie, and no doubt where you "saw" Earp's shooting skills. I wish people knew the difference between movies and actual history.

Here in Sri lanka we have someone called Mr Jerome, he claims he is a prophet, prophets are everywhere, btw our sri lankan prophet is a wealthy man, sometimes i stare at holes on my roof (only if it is not raining otherwise i have to run around my room with buckets) and think to myself why god only makes them rich, prophets. I saw few more prophets on UA-cam, god blessed some of them with private jets. But im happy for them. God please bless me so i can help all stray animals, bless me so i can feed them ; bless me may be i can build a sanctuary for them to have a shelter.- In the jesus name amen.

Poorly done movie..6 shooters in the 1840s.. the clothing on the 4 horseman where not 1840s ..boy wearing a t shirt that just from the first 3 minutes
