Anacrusis is one of the best legacy Metal bands ever. kenn's vocals are some of the most original and matched with the lyrics, they're just like flesh and blood. I was surprised, back then, when they said they didnt like how Manic Impressions turned out. Dunno. It's still one of my favorite albums ever, and it's been 23 years.
No, that was just the old VOX pedalboard he was using for distortion at the gig. The audio comes from a stereo board mix and camera audio, so I couldn't do much about that.
That was incredible. I feel like I just went back in time to '91. I saw them open for Megadeth back then and was absolutely floored. I hadn't heard of them before that show and couldn't believe what was taking place in front of me on that stage. Still in awe after all this time with the originality of the sound. Pure artistry.
I remember listening to this album as I was driving from the east coast all the way back here to California and just getting sucked into it. Anacrusis always had this really creepy, thoughtful feel about them if that makes any sense.
Oh man I love Anacrusis, but wearing a shirt of your own band, is kind of a no-no. I got that shirt. Imagine Slayer wearing Slayer shirts. It's too much like a self-stroke. You don't do that. Eh, whatever.
Hi... I need to clear up this. I was their tourmanager and all personal luggage got lost, ended up in Munich and we finally got it back the day after the show. The merchandise was stored in Germany, that's why Mike H. wears an Anacrusis shirt... Otherwise everyone agrees, but it was complete chaos as there was a terror threat for Brussels Airport, the band rented a van, drove over to Frankfurt, Germany, and took a flight from there back home... Hope that clears things up.

Manic Impressions is still the greatest album of all time.

No offense intended.
Anacrusis has been a favorite
for 30+ years.
I was most likely just being drunk
& snarky.
