Maybe because of the narrow spectrum voice of the singer? The untalented humpback-drummer?
I once liked the song "Niemand", mostly because of the mood and because of Sophie's facial expressions.
Meanwhile I find her music pretty boring, maybe because of getting used to her facial expressions. She is simply just a mediocre musician.
Her attempts of variations in "Le vent .." here are really poor if not failed completely.
A nice piano intermezzo by a good musician? Listen to Nina Simone's "Sound of Silence" in Montreux.
