@@michelleper5065 ah yes, the great musician fallen for adapting to the changing world around him and embracing it. Thank God for MTV in the 80s bringing out these bands. Shame on mtv for what it’s become today. Pregnant teens? WhAt a disgrace this society has become thanks to bad parenting etc.
And, YES. John Taylor deserves way more credit. He was an integral part of the ORIGINAL DURAN DURAN . P.S. I am pleasantly surprised to learn how many loyal DURAN FANS have stood by them for 40+ years.
Best SAP rendition since 1984. GOD BLESS THE NEW FRONT OF HOUSE ENGINEER!!!!! OMG Rio is out of this world, I didn't think this tour could get better after attending the show in Italy, but it seems that closed spaces like arenas are making the overall sound even bigger and the guys are tighter than ever!
This really made me smile! They were a ton of fun 'back in the day', and they're sounding great here! I have all their CD's somewhere in my messy house...

This concert was so much better than the one in Brazil. I saw the video and hardly anyone sang with the band. Leave it to New Yorkers! That’s why I love seeing Broadway shows in NY.
Thanks for capturing the encore at MSG! I was up in the rafters so appreciate the close view of the band playing their instruments. BTW, Nick's suit is blue but looks silver under the lights.

John and Roger are still in the band. They’re not related. Andy left…again, for good, years ago. I think they’ll appear together for RRHF induction ceremony.
@@gretchenlb Thanks for the update! I get confused about which Taylor was which, 😆. Still sounding great as a band. Was Andy the original bassist, or is that Roger? The original bass work on “Rio”was friggin’ great. Maybe I’m thinking that Andy and John are bros?

No, don't say a prayer for me now
Save it 'til the morning after
Feel the breeze deep on the inside,
Look you down into your well,
If you can, you'll see the world in all his fire,
Take a chance,
Like all dreamers can't find another way,
You don't have to dream it all, just live a day

I try to hold the rising floods that fill my skin
Don't ask me why I'll keep my promise
Melt the ice
And you wanted to dance so I asked you to dance
But fear is in your soul
Some people call it a one night stand
But we can call it paradise
Don't say a prayer for me now
