You have some steady hands and blessed with finesse. Do you think it is the AF/Manual switch causing the lens not to find focus? From other videos I watched compared to this tear down, it looks like the auto-focus cables were not damaged. The lens would hunt back and forth, occasionally correctly focusing.
Thank you so much!! I had to shoot this three times until i got it down! I believe that to be the issue. When I connected it to a Nikon It didn't hunt but the cable was supper loose until it fell off I am going to try some silver glue and hope for the best!!!

No, never again😑 i go to half lens and back. I send to pro servis, clean under first glass (filter side)
