- In this video, I'm sharing my experience trying ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) to relieve my stress and help me Sleep. ASMR is a very popular phenomenon that has been gaining in popularity over the past few years.
In this video, I'm sharing with you my experience trying ASMR for the first time. I set up some simple triggers and let myself have fun with the ASMR taps. Im not just talking about the usual ASMR noises like whispering or tapping - I'm sharing my experience trying ASMR with soft spoken videos, experience tingles, and reaction videos. Azzy please…please… please do more of these, I watch ASMR every night to fall asleep the brain will tingle I think that’s why I fall fall asleep and feel so relaxed, if u want suggested UA-camrs to follow by I would look at, Scottish Murmurs, GiBi ASMR, Lunarexx asmr, Luna Bloom ASMR and Celaine ASMR, btw the headphone u would looking at were the Dre Beats made by Dr. Dre, and you were kinda right when u said apple. Apple bought them off of him, and he also had Dre beat ear pods too which are really good. As I said before please do more ASMR, you did absolutely Amazing at this for your first time.
