This was fucking cool as fuck. I love it. It's funny because I don't like Nu Metal, but this is bad Ass. I love it. The guitar was cool as hell and his vocals are killer. All of it is great. I'm here for the music. 👍✌👍✌👍
Shaun managed to find a lot more emotion to pour into this but if you've ever seen him live, he's so strange - stoic giant on the stage whose voice just ... bleeds
Not a big Seether fan but always enjoyed this cover (and the original as well. ) ‘Broken’ with his then girlfriend Amy Lee from Evanescence is also worth listening to.
...Man ,the bar im at every Saturday, keeping beer companies alive ..haha, ok,the dj has a crash on Stella our barwoman.Dude i wush you could have been arround to see,,shes dancing/moving like crazy on this song dude,im telling you she fuc@@@in turn it to something wow..We all standing there drulling every single time..! A Song now right, you haven't done enough Sabbath,so if you dig imusicality and great perfomances,WARNING is the song dude, mark my words...RESPECT.!!!
Rock/metal covers of pop songs usually change emotion of the song, so that was the case here, too. You can here more anger, compared to originals who portray soft, mellow emotions, more sadness than anger.
@Christina Elizabeth Indeed. They has so many great musicians too that are way under rated in my humble opinion. The drumner is one of the best, and John Sykes and so many more, and of course Phil could write such amazing songs and sang so well. Being a guitarists since the late 70s, they were one of my big influences with their double guitar harmonies that was pretty new and exciting back then. They just don't get the respect they deserve if you ask me. 💝💝💝👍✌👍
Other Seether worth checking out would be Driven Under or Broken. Or for something completely different but sort of related, check out Veruca Salt's song called Seether.
Seether - Gasoline if you want one of their originals. It is pretty good. I’m also still waiting for a BMTH reaction for metal Monday’s... hint hint nudge nudge.... *cough*react to Throne by BMTH*cough*
I don't usually like covers but I love this one!!! You should check out Alien Ant Farm's cover of "Smooth Criminal" and Disturbed's covers of "Shout" and "Land of Confusion"!!! All Excellent!!! I hope that you have a wonderful and blessed day my friend!!! 🙂🙂🙂🙂 🐧🐧🐧🐧
@@danielwallace8015 👋👋 Seether did this cover before "The Sound Of Silence" and was produced after "Careless Whisper" and I agree with you that Disturb`s "Sound Of Silence " is far superior than Johnny Cash's cover of "Hurt" by Tool. I hope that you have a wonderful and blessed day my friend and please stay safe!!! 🙂🙂 🤗🤗 🐧🐧
I'm not typically a fan of covers.... I feel let classics be classics....they're classics for a reason.....BUT....I like covers that cover a classic in a different genre of music.....take a soft rock and cover it in grunge, or rock.....ie....this cover, or alien ant farm cover of Michael Jackson..... then I'm into it.....but don't try to recreate a classic just like they did because that's just pathetic and lame, and never better unless you're Whitney Houston covering Dolly Parton..... And I will always love you!!!!
Good choice, not metal but seether is a great band regardless. Funny I heard the original earlier today at work. Keep up the great videos dude your channel rocks And for a great metal cover of a pop band. I prevail: blank space Or August burns red: wrecking ball. Too me both are better than the originals
Best cover ever
I can never hear this LOUD enough ! Love this !!!!
I've always thought this was such an underrated remake. They took a song that everyone knows and did a great job interpreting it
Totally agree!!! 🐧🐧🐧🐧

I'm here for the music. 👍✌👍✌👍
He's from South Africa I believe. He covers Across the Universe as well and it's also great!
Careless Whisper is a classic and this version, for me, captures the pain that the song is trying to convey to us, great cover
Shaun managed to find a lot more emotion to pour into this but if you've ever seen him live, he's so strange - stoic giant on the stage whose voice just ... bleeds
Gasoline by Seether!
They're actually grunge
Post grunge
My Favorite Cover!!! 💞 ✌️
Thanks RRT loved it.
good cover to check out...NONPOINT- IN THE AIR TONIGHT(Phil collins)
This is right in the pocket for seether! This is the cadence of all their tracks
Not a big Seether fan but always enjoyed this cover (and the original as well. ) ‘Broken’ with his then girlfriend Amy Lee from Evanescence is also worth listening to.

Seether - Given
I liked this..you looked as if you enjoyed it too. Thank you, RRT. 🖤

Love Seether, and glad you had a go at them. No metal, though. More post grunge, hard rock.
Love Seether! The singer/guitarist and the bass player are from South Africa.
🤘Righteous Cover🤘
twang is because they're post-grunge.
stealthRUSH you again....
You should throw in a 80s day, hair bands, Micheal, the cure, and the hits that formed a great childhood
Think most songs from this album is response to breakup with Ami Lee from Evenecence?! Love their duet Broken.
I remember their duo song broken I remember first hearing it on the punisher sound track and loved the group after that
Felix. Have you done any Thin Lizzy? If not I suggest. " live version of the song THE BOYS ARE BACK IN TOWN " THIN LIZZY. Great band.
@Christina Elizabeth Thank you. 😛😉😉

Seether actually covered Veruca Salt's Seether, and it's definitely worth a listen.

Yes!
I forgot they covered this.
Bring me the Disco King , Seether and David Bowie

You missed Disturbed best cover! Sound of Silence is incredible!

Think there from south Africa
Ram Jam - Black Betty would be a good one for you
You should do a cover day
Well I guess next up from Seether should be Country Song so you can hear the twang ;)

Please, please react to Broken by Seether feat. Amy Lee. The Original video is beautiful. ✌&💓
Please do a reaction to “Santana soul sacrifice (long version) Woodstock 1969?
Give some Marillion a go - if you want epic( as in long) Grendel is interesting.
The George Michael song just has more of the emotional aspect to it but this is good.
It's incredibly emotional if you know his personal history with drug and alcohol addiction and how it ruined his relationship with Amy Lee.

not a metal band. straight up radio rock.
Is that suppose to be a diss? You must like my chemical romance???
@@andyrosa222 couldn't even name one song from them but I bet you can.
I cant, lol
jokes Seether are not metal but they more then just a radio rock band lol they have long list in their catalog that is legit
Why can't they leave classics alone? Aaaaaahhhhhhh - cause no one knows how to write them anymore (and sing them)!
This was a good cover though
Dam man this is not Metal sorry but dam
