Cute little truck for errands and leisure! There are tons of them here in the Philippines, mostly suzukis and some mitsubishi too. Comes in pick up, van, and double cab pick up, 4x2 and two wheel drive! They are surplus from japan and priced really cheap!
I am Japanese. It is good to see the Kei truck used in the city which I have been before ( Cape Girardeau MO, right?). It was 2016 when I visited CG last time. At that time, I don't think I saw Kei Trucks there, but I saw large corn fields where I think Kei trucks should go a long way.

Trucks are awesome. The owner is a liar. Never got the axle boots that he said he’d send. And if a man won’t stand behind his word. Not much of a man in my opinion. No problem with the truck. It is what they say it is and what I wanted. But typical salesman. Liars like the others.
My brother has one . It goes anywhere on our farm . He calls it the "Tonka toy" awesome vehicle

We have 6 different types. They are a blast. We have a Suzuki that my husband has turned it into to a crazy fast fun truck. Gsx1300r hayabusa with an rpm gearbox with reverse. Need I say more?
@Calvin G yep. A few years back. Some ppl are like, where do you get the parts to adapt. I own a salvage yard. We have a metal shop. If there isn't a part to buy, we make it. I don't sell any salvage. We sell finished auto and trucks. We lathe parts, stamp parts..anything that we can. In house has been our way as much as possible. We've been doing this before there were tv shows about it.

Action Bastard it's more of a space saver than a fuel saver. The Suzuki Cary(similar if not exactly the same), I looked up, only gets around 19mpg. My diesel HMMWV gets that and has way more load capacity and costs around the same. Plus, finding parts for those little trucks can be a pain(maintenance parts are easy but repair parts are a bit harder). But as far as a space saver truck goes, these are great. I had an old Honda Acty, and I never had a problem finding parking anywhere.

I was wondering that as well. It doesn’t really matter as his prices have been ridiculous for years. I looked at them once, laughed and walked away. There’s a company in SE near Clackamas Town Center that sells a ton of these things for a lot less money.

No they do not and and about 40-50 mpg also anywhere from 4000-8000

How deep of water can that operate in with a breather on it. If they make one. Have to cross 2 to 3 ft. River channel's. Haven't seen any videos of that yet.

You can get older ones in good condition for around 5k.. I've seen some.cheaper
if the mini trucks has just a little more room for the driver they would sell a lot better the are made for little people short steering wheel in gut and knees jammed in to dash

speedo is in kph, 60kph is only 37 MPH

@Jason 1) all brands don"t have the same top speed.
2)just because a machine has a speedo that goes to 140 kph doesn't mean it has the power to reach that speed.
3)140 kph is 87 mph not 55 mph

Great alternative to a motorcycle for saving gas back and fourth to work as long as it can be registered in your state.

I am 6'4" 256 lbs. I own a 1998 Daihatsu Hijet mini dump and fit no problem. Even drove it 346 miles in one go and had very little discomfort.
