This is standard Mandarin :) Standard mandarin has the proper curled tongue (zhi, chi, shi, etc.) Some standard Mandarin speakers add in "er" as their local dialect, but it doesn't necessarily go into singing. Kind of like how the British and Americans sound similar while singing because they lose their characteristic talking accents. When you say "Taiwanese dialect", people would think you're talking about the Taiwanese, which is completely different in pronunciation and vocab usage.
