I love the untold joke in this episode. The gang got an Indiana Jones costume and couldn’t decide who gets to wear it. So you have Charlie with the jacket, Mac with the hat, and frank with the whip.
And another untold joke is that everyone comes out of the closet except Mac
And Dennis probably had a WRATH OF THE GOLDEN GOD moment when they were childishly deciding who'll wear it, so he decided not to wear any part of the costume at all.
And obviously, Dee's a bird and birds can't be Indiana Jones.

@@cedric96649 LOL! I've rewatched this series dozens of times (it's my go to sleep show) and while I've known the Indiana Jones reference for years now I never considered this. That's fantastic!
I swear, every scene you rewatch thinking it’s funny, you’ll notice something in there that makes it even more funny
god, starting an episode in act 2 of a typical episode is such a funny concept. shows how well written a series is when you can just SKIP act 1 entirely and the audience is immediately on board with the premise.
Remember when these videos used to end with CJ trying to decide who was the worst person? Then he gave up when he realized they're ALL the worst person? Good times lol

The way they just decide fuck it and walk straight out because the family is distracted kills me.
They go the entire episode sneaking around and then just walk straight out the door lol.
The family being Asian also was a funny twist not what the gang expected at all.
I don’t think anyone expected that to be honest lol
This episode is such a great build up to an amazing pay off. The "let's just walk right out" really got me

The scene where frank is hiding in the closet among the stuffed animals is a scene reference from E.T.. when the kids hide E.T. from their mom they hide him in Drew Barrymore's closet with her mountain of stuffed animals

Some of the best Sunny episodes are the "bottle" episodes where it's basically just the gang in one place the whole time. Great episode!
Even at the show’s most simplistic and minimalist, it still manages to be absolute comedic gold!

The torture basement is a reference to Gary Hiednik, a serial killer from Philadelphia that did indeed have a torture basement.
I miss these types of episodes from the gang lol, newer episodes are still pretty great considering how long they’ve been doing it but they don’t have the same sort of impact (except Risk E Rats in s16)
The vase is not cursed! It's from the 1800s, it was a time of science!

In the late80’s/early 90’s I grew up in a rich town, while my family was poor. But yea my best friend’s parents had a phone next to the toilet. It was a rich people thing back in the day. To be able to talk on the phone while shtting I guess was a big deal to them
It certainly was an odd show of status/wealth around that time to have many phones, shows you are an important person that needs to answer the phone from ANY room in your house. Or your car

I think this is such an underrated episode. There's so many quotable lines in this one.

@@MrKrUsTyPaNcAkEs I've seen other channels with Office reactions though. Why is his channel the only one having these issues? As long as he's following the fair use rule, they have no right to keep sabotaging his uploads.
