I do not because of the pacing of these routines. With HIIT routines, there isn't really enough time to record stuff, I also try design them for fewer resistance adjustments. However, I got 2 things could be helpful. 1) in the program PDF, there is 1 page with a snapshot of all the routines. You could record personal weight settings there. 2) in the workout journal, there is a tab called 'set list.' If you drop in the URL of each routine, it'll create a printable set list that you could use to record your preferred weight setting.
