An interesting story during pickup, the customer did not open the door and did not answer the phone. As we were leaving town, he called and we came back specifically for this one carpet. It's a real miracle 😍

These type of rugs are my favorite. They don’t look dirty until you soap them and then you see how filthy they are and how much brighter and beautiful they are when you’re done.

I am always impressed with how much deeper the colors become after water, soap and a good scrubbing can do!
The soap used for the second scrubbing has a special composition that enhances the colors of wool carpets 💪

What got my attention: 1:26 the dirt is beginning to come out. 1:42 interesting design you made. 5:15 weird audio blip going on here. 11:55 big dirt ball or something getting pushed by the spray to the drain. 12:04 checking to see if it is still recording as you walk past? 12:57 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6...6 splash areas of goo ah ah ah" (imitating the count from sesame street) LOL 15:18 another clump of dirt pushed aside. 15:30 flap, flap, flap 17:51 no floor squeegee before the flip. 18:58 flip. 19:33 not soapy looking. 20:37 super speed Kuba on this spray. 23:47 wow, rolling it up for the spin cycle without squeegeeing the water out. 24:59 one of the more subtle Przed/Po comparisons.
