Sir please solve my issue. When I auto learn the panel. Both the loop and the device are visible But only Loop One is visible in the laptop's software. How do I assign loop 2 in this condition? Please reply me what is the problem.

Due to water leakage on 2nd floor, display of GST 200 panel at ground floor is empty, showing nothing any text on display but only light, no 24v power on loop out /loop in point even loop wire disconnected. What will be reason and how to troubleshoot it
If we confirmed as water entered into the board, first we need to check which part of the board is damaged and then it need to replace. If it is not visible, first we need to check the pins in the power supply board's output voltage and then the pins where these power supply terminals are connected. Mostly, when there is any issue on the main board (the PCB board on the back side of the front door), this display won't come.
Sir plz tell me how to disable sounders?? Whenever I'm trying to disable all sounders it is showing on the screen "Please wait". After that disable LED not glowing.
Press Button 8 (enable/disable) - give password as 11111111 - enter - press 1 for disable device - press 3 for all loop sounders - it will ask the panel address - give the 3 digit panel address - enter. We will get a display as "success" in the panel and disabled and sounder flt/Dis led will glow permanently.

First, we need to assign this sounder as a seperate zone. Then, along with zone wise equation, we need to create one more equation as (in condition device) "any zone, any device activate - (in effective device) this perticular sounder zone with device type as sounder.
