@Jordan Hatten SWAC going to have to make an exception for that to happen. I think JSU or the SWAC going to move up within 3 years to much money waiting for a little success on the table.

Deion is killing it! He's leveraging all his relationships, staying in front of the camera promoting the JSU Football brand. Perfect person to be the catalyst that leads the movement from Power 5 to HBCUs.

They should make a coalition where each superstar coaches for 2-3 years at the HBCU’s...and they switch off. The issue is them not wanting to leave their lives..so if it short stints..where each HBCU always has an ex NFL superstar coach..it will change EVERYTHING.

Say something about getting an education and graduation rate, healthcare treatment, living conditions How safe the city or campus is. Thats what Parents want to hear. Most parents love football but making it to the NFL, everybody isn't going to make it. They need an education. You can be the best player in college and injuries or You may go to a team that doesn't fit you.

Let’s pray they make character and ethics part of the equation. You can make millions and fall because you lacked the character in your personal
Life. That effects your team, your family, the fans etc. But if they make character a priority you win no matter what happens. They need a team of people to hold the staff and players accountable. Bring real value to the game of football. Not just the physicality.

How is it that his kid is already starting at Quarterback? Like Bomani Jones said, "is it about him or the team?" "If it's about him, he's not going to do well." Nothing worst than teammates and players knowing that a good player is sitting on the bench.

Totality concur. As an older gentleman. I have a friend who went to Tuskegee University way back in early 50s, age 90yo who is also one of my heroes and mentors. A man we affectionately call "Rock of Gibraltar" powerful man of principle, honesty and integrity who survived WW2 and Korean War. He bleeds maroon and old gold, Tuskegee golden tigers colors and relates to me the glory days of Tuskegee, replete with their world class women track&field program athletes, legendary Coach and football teams. It is imperative that I visit that historic campus founded by Booker T. Washington; accompanying him on one of his many trips. It is understood that Tuskegee University is the industry that keeps the town of Tuskegee economically viable. I hope they benefit from this Deion movement, as I suspect they will, like other SWAC schools & HBCU schools if they follow that blueprint. God bless u🙏💪✊✊
