I just planted 3 knockout rose bushes , it's been almost 2 weeks and the Rose's are dying but the leaves are still green , is this normal if not what can I do
It's a fast growing new stem usually shoots straight outward with clusters of leaves growing repeatedly as the stem grows faster than the main central area. It looks hideous and very annoying I'm always too lazy to get down on my knees so I always it wrong up to this day thinking I'll just cut it right next time but haven't done so it just grows back.
I've found that if u put rusty nails in it it will stop black spot and make them grow better

Same problem here....new knockout bush, the new leaves are coming in but they are yellow :(
Japeneese beetles make big holes in the leaves.
My beautiful Julia Child yellow rose plant now only produces blind shoots. Should I throw the plant away?
Yes. I had to do the same with my favourite rose
Give it more phosphate and sun
